Booking
Confirmed by email or phone. Booking info includes full name, age, nationality, and other details needed for flight and hotel arrangements.
Deposit & Payment
20% deposit at booking, balance on arrival or via bank transfer.
Cancellations
- 45+ Days: Full refund of deposit (except air ticket penalty)
- 30-45 Days: 75% refund
- 20-30 Days: 50% refund
- 10-20 Days: 25% refund
- 10 Days or less: No refund
Arrangements
Ground arrangements (flights, hotels, transport) handled by Lalibela Eco Tours, subject to third-party policies.
Amendments
Itineraries may change due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, security issues). Substitutions will be of equal value.
Responsibility
Liability limited by Ethiopian law. Not responsible for loss, injury, or delays caused by third parties.
Special Requests
Will be met where possible and confirmed in writing.
Insurance
Travel insurance recommended. Vehicle and government taxes included.
Complaints
Must be reported immediately to the staff for resolution.
